Pasta with Spicy Sugo

For the pasta with spicy sugo, first peel and dice the onions and garlic. Finely chop basil and thyme.

Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a high saucepan, fry the onion and garlic briefly, then add the mince and fry until hot. Add tomato paste and mix well with the mince, add the strained tomatoes, mix well and simmer on low heat.

Put a pot of water and bring to a boil, then cook the penne until al dente and strain.

Dice the zucchini and halve the cherry tomatoes, then heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and sauté the zucchini, peas and tomatoes until hot and add the herbs, season with salt and with a little TABASCO® Garlic Sauce and remove from the stove.

Add the processed cheese to the minced meat and mix well, then add the ketchup and the cream, simmer briefly and mix with the vegetables and the penne.

Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes, season again with salt and TABASCO® Garlic Sauce and serve the pasta with spicy sugo afterwards.
