Cut beef into narrow slices, season with salt, bell pepper and paprika. Cut bacon into small slices and fry in a frying pan. Add the slices of meat and fry until brown, stirring vigorously.

Fill up with a cup of water and add washed cucumber cut into slices.

Stew everything for 10 minutes with the lid closed. Whisk the ketchup with a tsp of flour, pour over the meat and bring to a boil once.

Season again with paprika and serve sprinkled with chives.
