Rinse the steaks under cold running water and dry with kitchen towel. In the meantime, rinse the peppers, cut them into quarters and remove the stalk, core and skins.

Cut into strips. Drain the beans. Peel the onions and garlic, dice both and sauté in 1 tbsp heated oil. Fold in the processed cheese, then add the cayenne beans, bell pepper strips and sour cream and heat. Season with salt, granulated clear soup and cayenne pepper. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, roast the steaks in it for about 4 minutes on each side and sprinkle with the pepper. Place the steaks in a heatproof dish, brush with the bean and onion mixture.
