For the kiwi buttermilk dessert, peel the kiwi, cut into small pieces and puree with the lemon juice and zest.

Soak the gelatine in cold water for about 10 minutes.

Mix the fruit puree with the buttermilk.

Squeeze the gelatine well and dissolve in 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir spoonful by spoonful into the buttermilk/fruit mixture.

Allow to chill in the ice chest.

Serve your kiwi buttermilk dessert decorated with kiwi slices.
