For the cucumber and green bean salad, remove the skin from the cucumber and slice it, sprinkle with salt and let it stand.

Use the canned runner beans or fresh runner beans, blanch them for a few minutes so that they are still al dente and process when cooled.

Mix all the ingredients with the spices. If using dried savory, use very sparingly. Mix everything together and refrigerate.

Slice the radishes and decorate on the leaf salad.
