For the roasted goose legs with ginger-garlic stuffing, mix crushed garlic cloves with salt, lemon juice and ginger and spread this paste under the skin of the legs. Rub the outside of the drumsticks with pepper and salt.

Peel and dice the apple and onion. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Fry the goose legs in hot oil until crispy on all sides. Add the onion and apple cubes and sauté. Pour in half of the chicken soup. Cover and braise in hot oven for 1 1/2 hours. Keep basting with chicken soup.

Remove the lid and roast the drumsticks for another hour. (If necessary, increase the oven temperature). Keep basting with the gravy.

Remove the goose legs and keep warm. Strain the vegetables through a sieve and boil the sauce again in a sauté pan. Add the herbs.

Arrange the roasted goose legs with ginger-garlic stuffing with the sauce and serve.
