Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Sauté lemon slices and dill sprigs leisurely and then remove from the frying pan one more time.

In the same frying pan, sauté the sliced shii-take mushrooms, diced tofu, and sliced scallions and top with whipping cream. Add the salmon one more time and season strongly with salt, juice of one lemon, tomato ketchup and freshly ground pepper.

Fry the glass noodles in oil in the deep fat. Arrange everything decoratively on a flat plate and garnish with dill bunches.
