Beat egg whites with sugar and salt and add nuts and flour. Pour into a greased and floured loin pan (30 x 6 x 6 cm). Bake in the preheated oven at 170 to 180 °C for about 20 to 30 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes and turn out of the mold. While still warm, cut into very thin slices with a serrated knife and allow to dry again briefly in the oven or bake again.
