In a baking bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients – except for the crab tails. Gently fold in the crab tails to coat them with the marinade. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours – minimum 3 hours.

(*) Creole mustard is difficult to obtain: you can use another spicy mustard with whole grains.
