For the spaghetti with fennel sauce, cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, coarsely dice the fennel. Add the chopped fennel to hot water and steam for about 15 minutes.
Add cream cheese, whipped cream and parmesan and bring to a boil again. Add spices to taste and finally puree finely with a hand blender.
Serve the spaghetti with the sauce and sprinkle with a little Parmesan.
