For the salad, peel the persimmons and cut them into pieces. Peel the kiwis and cut them into round slices. Cut the strawberries in half.

Mix the fruits and add the Cointreau. Cover the bowl and let the fruit salad sit in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Garnish the salad with lightly sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
