Cook the chicken. Keep part of the broth (about 500ml) for the sauce. Remove the meat from the bones and cut into bite-sized pieces. In the meantime, prepare the long grain rice and spread it evenly in a gratin dish. Layer on top the chicken pieces and sliced mushrooms. Make a sauce from the gravy, sauce binder, viiiieeel curry powder and spices and spread evenly over all. everything together is then still heated in the heated kitchen stove (E-kitchen stove 180 °C ) for 10-15 min.
