For the dough, mix all the ingredients into crumbles and form the bottom and sides in a springform pan.
Peel and dice apples and boil in 700 ml apple juice and sugar.
Mix the pudding powder in the rest of the juice and add it to the boiling mass, let it boil once and pour it into the baking pan.
Bake at 180-200 °C for about 45-50 minutes and let cool overnight.
Whip 2 cups of whipped cream until stiff and pour on top of the cake.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
