For the apple pie atwa mash 100 g banana, add soft butter and whole wheat flour and coconut blossom sugar knead until a rather soft dough. Chill dough for one hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Soak raisins in rum. Peel and core apples, cut into slices. Heat some water in a pan and cook the apple slices in it until the water and the resulting apple juice have evaporated.

Add honey to the apples and drain the raisins and mix them in as well. Leave to cool. Roll out a circle from 2/3 of the dough and place it in the greased cake pan, there should be a rim about 3 cm high.

Poke the cake base with a fork and bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes, for this the oven should already be hot, otherwise longer accordingly.

Then spread the filling on the lightly baked base, press it smooth and make a lattice out of the remaining dough or cut some figures. Cover the apple filling with the dough lattice, bake again for about 15 minutes until the dough lattice is light brown.
