Try this delicious cake recipe:

(*) Round baking tray of 21cm =.

Spread butter (1) on baking tray. Cover with powdered sugar to a height of 5mm.


Remove the skin from the apples, core them and cut each into 6 slices. Arrange the apple slices on the sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon and pour the liquid butter (2) over them. Place in the oven heated to 240 °C for 10 min.


Remove and place a pastry lid corresponding to the shape, which is pulled sideways over the apple filling down to the bottom of the tray.


Bake again for half an hour. Cover dough lid with aluminum foil to prevent it from getting too dark. While still warm, carefully turn out onto a round pie plate.


The cake can be enjoyed hot or cooled.
