For the apple tart, make a pudding from sugar, white wine, vanilla sugar and pudding powder. Peel apples, cut into fine slices and fold into the pudding.
Make a shortcrust pastry from the pastry ingredients and place in a cake springform pan (28 cm).
Spread the apple pudding mixture evenly on top and bake for 90 min (in our gas oven offer 50 min) at 200 degrees. (Put foil over it if it gets too brown).
Cool in the mold (1 day).
Whip two cups of whipped cream and spread evenly on top of apple mixture, dust with cocoa and refrigerate a bit more before serving.
