Try this delicious cake recipe:

Squeeze blood orange. Take two to three soup spoons of it, soak the raisins in the remaining juice. Sift flour into a suitable bowl, spread butter in flakes on it evenly, add vanilla sugar, salt and milk. Knead into a smooth dough, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for an hour. Remove pieces of the dough with a spoon, shape into a disc in the palm of your hand, place two or three raisins on top, shape into a ball and place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.

Bake at 175 °C for about 15 minutes. Mix powdered sugar and blood orange juice to a not too thin glaze and brush the balls with it while they are still hot. Glaze thickly, because the dough does not contain sugar.
