For the Viennese style wok, cook the rice and let cool. Cook the debreziner in water and cut into rings.

Clean the young onion and cut into rings with the green. Clean carrots and zucchini, cut into half slices.

Chop garlic and chili. Dice bell bell pepper. Heat wok pan well, fry carrots, garlic and onion in oil.
