Blend all ingredients except oil and let rest for about 1/2 hour. Blend again and add more milk if necessary.

Heat some oil in a pan. Using a ladle, pour some batter into the pan. When the batter has set, flip and finish baking.

Let cool and cut. Serve the herb fritters with clear soup.
