For the banana tiramisu, cut the bananas into slices. Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar well with the mascarpone. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone.

Mix the cocoa with the rum, soak the biscuits in it and place them in the mold. Then spread some of the cream on top and finally place the banana slices.

Repeat the process until everything is used up (depends on the size of the mold), but it is important to finish with the cream. Put the cocoa powder in a small sieve and sprinkle over the tiramisu.
