Instructions:

Finely chop the garlic cloves, chop the peppers and tomatoes and mix with oil. Pour water over it, add a little vinegar, season a little with salt and season with pepper. Before eating, put in the cucumber cubes. Serve with white bread.

You can also cut sausage and ham into the soup, or grind the vegetables in a hand mixer, with breadcrumbs or white bread.
