Instructions:

For the cheese soufflé, make a sauce with butter, flour and milk. Then stir in the 3 egg yolks. Lightly salt, then cut the cheese into small pieces.

Fold in the stiffly beaten snow of the 3 egg whites and bake the mixture in an ovenproof dish at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes. Finally, sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the hot cheese soufflé.
