For the zucchini ham pasta, first bring the salted water to a boil and cook the pasta al dente.

Cut the onion, ham and zucchini into cubes and fry them in a little oil.

When the zucchini pieces are soft, dust them with some flour (stir well, similar to a roux) and deglaze with vegetable soup and stir well too!

Then immediately stir in the Rama Cremfine and season with salt, pepper, oregano and thyme. Finally, grate a pinch of nutmeg and pour the sauce over the warm pasta.

If you like, you can garnish the zucchini and ham pasta with a little freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
