Cut the bacon into cubes and let it get hot, chop the onions finely and fry them with the bacon, cut the pork liver into nut-sized pieces, add them and fry them for 3 minutes under high heat and turning them frequently, pour on the beer, steam for another 5 minutes, stir in the butter and season with salt and pepper. Remove the liver pieces and keep warm. Let the sauce boil down a bit and pour over the liver. Sprinkle with parsley.
