Cauliflower Turkey Curry

Instructions:

1. mix herb mixture, yogurt and sugar. Rinse meat, dry and cut into coarse cubes. Mix thoroughly with marinade and let stand for about 1 hour.

2. clean, rinse and divide cauliflower into roses. Cook in 1/2 ltr. boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain, reserving vegetable water.

Rinse, seed and chop chili. Fry meat in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Season with chili and salt. Sprinkle curry and flour over it. Extinguish with vegetable water. Add bay leaf. Steam everything with closed lid for approx. 10 min.

Clean, rinse and cut off spring onions. Rinse lentils, drain. Add both to meat and steam for another 10 min or so. Add cauliflower, heat. Season everything with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Garnish with lemon wedges.

Serve with long-grain rice.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
