For the Blunzengröstl with coleslaw, remove the outer leaves from the white cabbage, wash and slice or cut into very thin slices.

Mix well in a bowl with about 1 tsp. salt and whole caraway seeds and let stand for about 10 minutes. Bring beef broth to a boil and pour over cabbage with vinegar. Let steep for another 10 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, fry with about 1 tsp sunflower oil in the baking pan of the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer at 180 °C for 8-10 minutes, turning 1-2 times.

Clean the young onion, wash and cut diagonally into fine rings, finely dice the onion and garlic.

Cut the Blunze into bite-sized pieces and add everything to the potatoes. Roast at 180 °C for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Season with salt, pepper, ground caraway and marjoram and serve the Blunzengröstl with cabbage salad.
