A great fish recipe to make yourself:

Inspect the racher trout fillet without skin for bones and perhaps remove them. Now finely grind the fish in a food processor, chop the dill and add.

Carefully mix the horseradish cream cheese with the mustard. Season with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Fill the cream into small ramekins and serve with toasted baguette.
