Stuffed Peppers From the Hot Air Fryer

Instructions:

For stuffed peppers, wash, “head” and seed the bell pepper. Set aside the heads with the stem for the time being.

Cut the toast into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add minced meat, egg and whipping cream as well as salt, pepper, marjoram and caraway seeds and mix everything together well. Finely dice the onion and garlic and stir them in as well.

Fill the mixture into the peppers. Make it very full and cover with the heads again. Place in the baking dish and fry in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer for 10 minutes at 165 °C.

Mix the tomato paste with the strained tomatoes and a pinch of sugar, add a little water and salt and pepper and pour over the peppers. Add the bay leaf and continue roasting at 160 °C for another 30 minutes.

Serve stuffed peppers with boiled potatoes and leaf salad, for example.
