For the crunchy muesli mixture, crush the oat grains into flakes using a flaker. If you don’t have a flaker available, you can also use ready-made, seeded oat flakes. Coarsely chop the almond kernels. Toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without adding fat and then let cool.

Knead all the prepared ingredients together with the sunflower seeds and honey to form a chewy mixture. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Knead the sunflower oil or other vegetable oil and water into the mixture, then spread it evenly on the grease pan. Bake the cereal mixture for 1 to 1.5 hours, stirring in between. It will become crumbly.

Let the muesli cool down. Finally, add the raisins and place the mixture in a cookie jar. The crunchy muesli mixture can be stored for a few weeks.
