For the autumn muesli, combine the muesli mixture according to personal preferences (e.g. spelt flakes, oat flakes, flax seeds, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, cranberries, raisins,…) and toast in a coated pan without oil until it begins to smell. Leave to cool a little.

Cut the apple into pieces and halve the grapes. Mix yogurt with honey and mix with the lukewarm cereal and fruits.
