Briefly toast hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, oat flakes, almond slivers, coconut and oil in a frying pan, stirring throughout. Fold in honey, washed raisins and currants and season with cinnamon. Cool granola mixture. Keeps sealed and refrigerated in about a week. To eat, add fresh chopped fruit in each season and milk or yogurt, if desired. (8 servings)

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
