For the fish dumplings, finely chop the fish meat, mix with the soaked and squeezed bread, onion, mushrooms, egg, spices, herbs, anchovy paste and lemon juice and season to taste.

Form smaller dumplings with a spoon and simmer in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and serve with the fish dumplings.
