Instructions:

First go out the diced bacon, add the onions and sauté, adding a little water, chopped garlic and a little salt (garlic of your choice). Then steam the whole thing together for a little while. Then put the Schwoarte-Goender in the broth, cover it with hot water and let it simmer gently (with the lid on for about 1.5 hours, depending on the thickness, turning from time to time). Make the pasta, drain and put on a water bath form. Take the bacon, the onions and the garlic out of the broth and mix them with a little salt into the noodles, a little of the cooking broth may also be added. Make a hollow in the middle of the noodles and pierce the goender twice with a fork and place it in the hollow of the noodles.

Leave everything together in the water bath for about half an hour. Then take out the Goender and cut it into slices about 1 cm wide and serve it with fresh green leaf salad.

Our tip: Use a bacon with a strong flavor – so you give this dish a special touch!
