For the bacon noodles fry bacon until light yellow, mix with curd cheese and potatoes, then add the egg, spices and parsley. Mix well and form small dumplings.
Make pasta dough from flour, egg, water and salt, let rest, then roll out thinly. Cut squares from the dough, cover with filling and fold diagonally. With the dough wheel out the edge in half-moon shape.
Place the bacon noodles in boiling salted water and cook for 10-15 minutes, lift out and drain. Pour melted butter over the bacon noodles and serve.
