Beat eggs until very foamy.

Put the curd in a separate bowl to use the cup as a measure for the rest of the ingredients.

Add the sugar and vanilla sugar to the beaten eggs and continue beating until you have a thick, creamy mixture. Slowly pour in the oil. Then add the curd and mix well.

Finally, sift in the flour and baking powder and gently fold in.

Pour the dough into a greased, floured loaf pan and bake at 170 °C top and bottom heat for about 30-40 minutes (depending on the oven).
