Thread, rinse, break beans. Add to lightly salted water. Cook in 25 min.

In the meantime, make the cream sauce. Heat butter. Stir in flour. Pour in clear soup and milk. Cook for 7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Mix in whipped cream. Add the drained beans to the sauce form. Heat briefly but do not make. Serve immediately so that no skin forms on the sauce.
