For the asparagus tagliatelle, peel the asparagus, cut into small pieces and steam in the steamer for 5 minutes.

Then melt butter, add the steamed asparagus pieces and season with salt, pepper and thyme. Toss a bit, add whipped cream and let it boil down a bit.

In the meantime, cook the pasta. Add the pasta to the asparagus sauce, mix and serve.
