Ingredients are calculated for 6-8 people. Crespelle are incredibly versatile – you can turn these fine pancakes into delicious colorful tagliatelle in no time. For a change from traditional pasta, try making tagliatelle from colorful pancake batter. These delicious tagliatelle not only look attractive and taste great, but are also very easy to make. You just need to make a pancake dough, dye it and cut the baked crespelle into strips. In Italy, tagliatelle made from crespelle dough are usually served as a soup garnish. However, they are also delicious with a fresh tomato sauce or simply with a little butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Tagliatelle made of crespelle dough can also be used for oven dishes (al forno). To do this, layer them alternately with the desired sauce in an ovenproof dish and bake them.

Natural colorings: In the following recipe, the tagliatelle are colored with three different ingredients.
