For the tagliatelle with vegetables, cook the pasta until al dente. Cut the cucumber and carrots into small strips (julienne-style). Quarter the cocktail tomatoes.

Then sauté the cucumber, carrots and cocktail tomatoes in olive oil and fold in the tagliatelle.

Garnish with a few basil leaves. The tagliatelle with vegetables are ready!
