For the turkey rolls with vegetables, cut the meat into 6 equal pieces, salt and pepper well and fry in hot oil.

Remove from the pan. Unfold the 2 pieces of strudel sheets and divide each into 3 long strips and spread with melted butter.

Then mix the country cream cheese with peas, corn, sesame seeds, oregano, salt and pepper. Spread on 1/3 of the longish strudel sheets and put a piece of turkey meat on each.

Roll everything up and place in a baking dish. Spread a little butter on each roll and put a sprig of rosemary on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
