For the toast bread, mix all ingredients and knead (ideally 5-7 minutes) until a uniform dough is formed.

Cover the dough and let it rise for 2 hours in a warm place. After the 2 hours, remove the dough from the bowl and knead vigorously again with your hands.

Then place the dough in a loaf pan and let it rise, covered, for another 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Bake at 220 degrees for 5 minutes on top/bottom heat. Then turn down to 180 degrees and bake the toast bread for 40 minutes.
