For the apple and bacon omelet, lightly fry the sliced bacon in a pan, then remove from the pan and set aside.

Remove the core from the apple and cut into rings about 4 mm thick. Fry them in the same way in the pan.

In between, mix the eggs with the whipped cream and spices. Put apples and bacon back into the pan, pour the egg mixture over it and let it fry at medium heat with the lid closed.

Season with freshly grated pepper.
