For the rasnici, chop the parsley and 2 onions not too finely and mix well with olive oil and lemon juice. Finely chop the garlic and mix in as well. Season vigorously with salt and pepper. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, place in the marinade and marinate covered with foil for at least 3-5 hours (the longer, the better the taste afterwards). Meanwhile, turn and mix from time to time.

Remove the stems from the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into pieces of approximately the same size. Now alternate meat and peppers on small wooden skewers. Grill in a pan with a little oil or on a grill until crispy all around.

Meanwhile, cut the remaining onion into rings. Arrange the Rasnici, garnish with onion rings and serve with the marinade.

Serve with fried potatoes or French fries and tomato salad.
