For 4 people:


Peel and chop onion and garlic, sauté in butter. Add peas, season with pepper, pour clear soup and simmer on low heat for 5 min. Cut salmon into coarse strips, chop chervil.

Stir the cooked peas with horseradish and whipped cream. Let it boil up once. Fold in salmon and chervil.
