Instructions:

For the Christmas pretzels, quickly knead a shortcrust dough from all ingredients and chill for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3 mm and cut out pretzels with a mold.

Bake at 160 degrees for about 10 minutes until light yellow. After cooling, dip half of the pretzels in dark chocolate icing and decorate with sugar pearls.
