First, beat eggs with oil and eggnog.

Add sugar, canola oil, poppy seeds, flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and applesauce one by one and mix everything well to a thick dough.

Let the dough stand for about 10 minutes. Then fill into 12 (paper) ramekins and bake for about 25 minutes at 190 °C.
