For the roasted dumplings with egg, soak bread cubes in milk and whisked egg. Cut onion into small cubes and roast. Add flour and onion to the bread cubes, season with salt and parsley.

Form dumplings with wet hands. Bring salted water to a boil and simmer the dumplings in it for about 15-20 minutes. Then let the dumplings cool down and cut them into slices.

Beat 3 eggs with salt, heat oil in a pan and fry the dumplings. Once the dumplings have taken color, pour eggs over them and let them fry briefly so that the eggs set.

Arrange the roasted dumplings with egg and serve.
