For the baked turkey escalopes, pound the escalopes, salt and pepper them. Brown in oil on both sides.

Place the meat in an ovenproof dish and top each with 2 slices of tomato and 1 slice of ham. Finally, place the toast cheese on top and pour the soup into the mold.

Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Serve the baked turkey escalopes.
