For the baked bread salad with dried tomatoes, pluck or cut the bread into bite-sized pieces, mix with a little olive oil in the baking dish.

Drain the dried tomatoes and cut them into strips. Clean the young onion, wash and cut diagonally into fine rings.

Finely slice the garlic and pluck the basil. Add everything to the bread with salt and pepper, mix and sprinkle the drained, plucked mozzarella on top.

Bake in the Philips Airfryer at 180 °C for about 12-15 minutes. Serve the baked bread salad with dried tomatoes on plates and enjoy.
