A delicious strawberry recipe!

Remove the skin from the onions and chop them, sauté with the lard in a saucepan. Add the sauerkraut, juniper berries and bay leaf spice, pour in the cider and cook for about 20 minutes.

Cook the sausages and the pork cheek meat in a separate saucepan in salted water and serve with the sauerkraut.

Originally, the cheek meat should be eaten warm from the slaughter. It is served with mashed potatoes.
